How do you process recurring payments?

Recurring payments are processed automatically through Plimus. Every month, active subscriptions are charged a subscription fee by using the payment method on file in your Plimus account.

In the case that your payment method (your PayPal account or Credit Card) has insufficient funds to renew your subscription, Plimus will send you a notification message about the failed transaction and will retry the payment attempt three additional times for the next 15 days.

If your payment transaction does not pass through 15 days after the first transaction attempt, we will contact you to clarify the situation.
