In ElectroMagik theme Facebook and Twitter blocks are embedded directly into theme templates, so in order for you to get rid of them, you will need some editing and basic HTML knowledge.

In your filemanager, please navigate to the following directory:

app/design/frontend/default/electro_magik/template/page/

The Facebook and Twitter blocks are embedded into the 2columns-right.phtml and the cms-layout.phtml files. So we need to modify these templates and remove/edit/replace them with your Facebook/Twitter accounts in the following section:

         <!-- start right -->
         <div class="col-right sidebar">
            <?php echo $this->getChildHtml('right') ?>
            <div class="block block-twitter">
            ...(snipped)...
         </div>
         <!-- end right -->

The block between <!-- start right --> and <!-- end right --> can be changed to have only the following content:

            <!-- start right -->
            <div class="col-right sidebar">
                <?php echo $this->getChildHtml('right') ?>
            </div>
            <!-- end right -->

Also, you may want to remove the following scripts after the footer:

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://twitter.com/javascripts/blogger.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://twitter.com/statuses/user_timeline/magentomagik.json?callback=twitterCallback2&count=3"></script>

After editing the template to suit your needs you just need to place it back in the app/design/frontend/default/electro_magik/template/page/ directory so that it replaces the old one. The same steps could be repeated with the cms-layout.phtml template if you plan to use "CMS Layout" for some of your pages.
